Echo Exhibition At York St. Marys (via Darwin70) The work of Susie MacMurray is just one of the exciting installations at Second Lives: Remixing the Ordinary, the inaugural exhibit at New York’s renovated Colombus Circle Museum of Arts & Design. The exhibition features work by 50 international and established and emerging artists who make creative magic from ordinary, everyday, highly functional materials. Susie MacMurray’s A Mixture of Frailities, 2004, featured at the exhibition is made primarily from latex washing globes, calico and a tailor’s dummy. The exhibition runs through Feb. 15, 2009.
